Getting Started with Survey2GIS Data Processor

Installation

The Survey2GIS Data Processor is a QGIS plugin that facilitates the processing of tachymeter data and creates standardized GeoPackage outputs. It then loads generated data into your QGIS project. Here’s how to get started:

Open QGIS Plugin Manager
Search for Survey2GIS Data Processor
Click Install
The plugin will automatically download required binaries from survey2gis

Requirements

QGIS 3.x or higher
Python 3.x
Internet connection for initial setup (binary download)
Sufficient disk space for temporary files

First Launch

After installation, find the Survey2GIS Data Processor icon in your QGIS toolbar
Click to launch the dockable interface
The plugin will initialize on the right side of your QGIS window
A crucial step is providing a parser file for survey2gis commands.
